Working with us involves the following simple steps.

STEP 1

We hold an initial meeting to discuss your needs; you tell us what you want and we offer advice and guidance on feasibility and the value of the work. This first meeting is free and commits you to nothing.

STEP 2

We provide you with a proposal that itemises the work we have discussed in detail, including costs and time frames. You decide on that basis if you want to work with us.

STEP 3

Once you give the go-ahead, we undertake everything needed to hand back your property ready to live and/or or work in. We guarantee not to let costs or schedules spiral out of control, giving you the confidence that we have your interests in mind. We take responsibility for the design and the build as well as start-to-finish project management, giving you continuity all the way via one point of contact.

On site, all our team carry ID and wear our company uniform. You can rely on them to respect and care for your property and to behave in an appropriate and discreet manner – If a small residential project, we aim to leave your home habitable at the end of each working day.

For commercial properties, we can work outside your trading hours. Working room by room, we start when you finish and finish before you start the next day.

While complete refurbishments are our speciality, we do smaller projects, too. We have broken down what we do into stand-alone services which may fit into one or more of the categories you see below.
